Meet the Smiths
Three People, Nobody You Won't Meet
If your name's on the calendar, one of these three actually runs your session — there's no larger staff rotating behind the schedule.
Dale Whitfield
Ran hardness testing and material certification at a fabrication plant for over a decade before opening the forge. Still calibrates the tester himself every week and takes most full-bag and iron sessions personally.
Renata Voss
Four years on the Mercer golf team, now fitting full time. Won't sign off on a wedge fitting without real turf involved — the mat stays inside for other sessions.
Miles Ferrell
Handles reshafts, regrips, length work, and the post-repair hardness checks near any bend or weld. Every build crosses his tester twice before it goes out the door.
Name One, or Leave It to the Schedule
The booking form has an optional preference field. Leave it blank and whoever's free handles it by specialty — Renata for wedge and short game, Miles for builds and rechecks, Dale for full bag and iron verification.
One Rule We Don't Break
Whoever ran your session signs the certificate. Questions later go straight to the person who made the call, not a desk reading off a file.
Book Your Session
Name a preference on the form, or don't — either way you're covered.
