Build Times
Realistic Numbers, Not Optimistic Ones
Every build gets assembled and rechecked on the tester before it's ready. Here's what that actually takes.
One Club
2–4 business days once the fitting spec is locked. Driver, wood, hybrid, wedge, putter — same range across the board.
Iron Set
5–7 business days. Every head tested and shafted against the target, then verified before it leaves.
Full Bag
7–11 business days. Driver through putter, checked for hardness and continuity as each piece finishes.
The Honest Reasons a Quote Runs Long
A special-order head or finish can tack on a week waiting for the distributor. Every so often a head off the wall reads just outside our accepted band — we catch it on the tester and swap it before assembly, which costs a day but saves you a bad build.
Same-Week, If the Shelf Has What You Need
Ask at your session if everything's already in stock — it's not guaranteed, but when the parts are on hand there's usually no reason to make you wait a full week.
Start With a Reading
A real build timeline starts with tested components, not a guess off a website.
